Most items within LAB/HEX
are user-definable, not requiring intervention by
HEX. For example all test definitions, clients,
print destinations, billing files and more are setup
and defined by the laboratory. Most users find LAB/HEX
to be flexible enough to meet a wide range of varying
needs without custom services. But these services
are available should you need them.

Network Integration
All HEX products operate on an
Ethernet wide area network with standard TCP/IP
communication protocol. We use industry standard,
open architecture hardware products providing you
with high quality and a value oriented price. The
HEX server will incorporate RAID (redundant array
of independent disks) which make your system run
faster and provides built-in redundancy and data
protection. Having over 20 years experience in WAN
(wide area networks), HEX can provide the technology
